In the remarks section, cadets need to include the following additional information: sex (M/F), CAPID, age, weight (lbs), Group (i.e., 1, 2 or 3), Unit/Squadron (i.e., MD-xxx), and which glider orientation ride they are requesting (i.e., #1, 2, 3, 4 or 5).
